The Woking Conservatives Annual Grand Dinner will be held on November 2 at 7pm at the Holiday Inn, Victoria Way, Woking. Woking Conservatives Political Discussion group will meet on October 19th, 2012, at Churchill House, where June Wood will lead the discussion on "How are they doing? Our Coalition Government at half-term". As ever, the meeting is informal and preceeded by refreshments and followed by a visit to the Wheatsheaf pub at around 9pm. All are welcome to attend.

As ever, the meeting is informal and preceeded by refreshments and followed by a visit to the Wheatsheaf pub at around 9pm. All are welcome to attend.

The re-scheduled St Johns Drinks Party will be held on Saturday, September 15 at Honeypots, Hook Heath Road, by kind permission of Mrs Joan Postlethwaite and Simon and Laura Ashall. As well as a selection of drinks and canapes, popular saxophonist Robert Webb will also be making an appearance and if the weather is clement, the occasion will be held in the well-kept garden at Honeypots (in the event of rain, there is room inside). Tickets are £15 and drinks are complementary. A raffle will be drawn.

The Pirbright Family Barbeque will be held on Sunday, 2nd September at Linmau, The Green, Pirbright, by kind permission of Steve and Debbie Fidgett. Tickets are £15 each and there will be a welcome drink, cash bar and raffle. For more information and tickets please call 01483 773384.
