He is the son of The Late Lord Soames and grandson of Sir Winston Churchill KG. He has been an MP for 32 years and is president of the Conservative Middle East Council and co-chairs the Cross Party Group on balanced migration.
The evening starts with a Reception Drink followed by a delicious three course meal.
